How CupcakeCamp Works:
This is an event for cupcake lovers, so you can:
· Buy cupcakes to bring
· Bake cupcakes to bring and enter in the cupcake competitions
· Just eat cupcakes
Want to buy cupcakes? Register as a Cupcake Bringer at http://PSCupcakeCamp.eventbrite.com. We’ll be counting on you to bring 24 cupcakes to the PS CupcakeCamp!
Want to bake and decorate cupcakes for some serious competition? Register as a Cupcake Maker (in your chosen category) at http://PSCupcakeCamp.eventbrite.com/. We’ll also be counting on you to bring 24 cupcakes to the PS Cupcake Camp (4 of them will go to the judges). Competition categories will be:
- Glamour Cake
- Tasty Cake
- Curious Cake
- Youth (for bakers under 16)
- People's Choice
Cupcakes must be registered by Wednesday, October 14th at noon – otherwise we will have to do the unthinkable and reject your precious cupcakes. Make sure you read the rules before you register – we need you to display and hand out your cupcakes to the eating public!
Want to eat cupcakes? Show up at Mill Creek Foursquare Church on October 17th at 2:00pm. A $5 donation will buy you 3 fabulous cupcakes.

The Rules!
- A minimum of two dozen (24) cupcakes is required to enter as a baker. ** Four of those cupcakes will be set aside for judging. ** We encourage entrants to submit more than two dozen cupcakes. The more cupcakes we receive, the more people will be able to enjoy your cupcake creation!
- Your cupcakes will need to be delivered to Mill Creek Foursquare Church on Saturday, October 17th between 1:00pm – 1:30pm. Cupcakes for judging will be set aside and given a number at this time.
- Cupcakes should be your own creation although you may use any recipe.
- You may submit more than one type of cupcake; each type of cupcake you submit will need to be registered separately, and at least two dozen of each type will need to be made for the CupcakeCamp.
- Cupcakes are to be classic cupcake pan size or smaller (mini cupcakes are welcome, however we just don’t have the room for giant cupcakes).
- Cupcakes should be edible, with the exception of some decorative elements (we trust your common sense).
- Your cupcakes will be displayed by you. You have the option to create a themed display for your cupcakes, but keep in mind, you will be sharing space with other bakers. You are welcome to refill your display as necessary; there will be space under the table to store extra cupcakes (in your own container or cooler). These are the cupcakes that the public will be eating – you will be asked to fill out a display sign with your name, title of cupcake, cupcake ingredients (for allergy warnings). Gloves will be provided to allow you to safely hand cupcakes to the public.
- Cupcakes will not be refrigerated, so please avoid using ingredients that may melt or spoil.
- The Glamour Cake award will go to the most visually appealing cupcake, as decided by the judges.
- The Tasty Cake award will go to the most delicious cupcake, as decided by the judges.
- The Curious Cake award will go to the cupcake that utilizes the most unique and unusual ingredients, while still being appetizing.
- The Youth category is limited to cupcake bakers who are 16 years old or younger. Adult supervision is recommended, creativity and construction should be that of the Youth baker.
- The People’s Choice award is up for grabs! Each baker will be given a money jar for their display. Cash donations will be collected in the jars throughout the event, as the public is encouraged to donate to their favorite baker. The jar with the most cash wins the People’s Choice award!
